Grateful for waking up to a beautiful morning, for the ones who help by adorning. For the ceaseless opportunities in life and how nothing is really a strife.

Grateful for chances missed and opportunities you can't resist. For a conspiring universe and the drive to reimburse.

Grateful for lessons learned, lessons to come, lessons adjourned and lessons undone..! For the hospitality of strangers and friends alike . For arriving in Toronto, hah.

Grateful for ways of tuning into our true selves, for photographs and still frames and hanging them on shelves. For all that is unpredictable, but in the end is right. For whoever is now reading this, I wish you love and light.

Grateful for mom and the marvels of modern technology that lets us communicate cheaply across the pond.

Grateful for this day.  Grateful for sharing, for being put in situations perfect for learning and for abundance of love.

Grateful for simplicity, sincerity and karma. For the unknown laws of the universe. For werewolves.

Grateful for meditation, so so grateful. Nothing has contributed more to my life than meditation. The art of doing nothing.

Grateful for the people who hold things together, in the best and worst of times. For Daniel Selikowitz for doing so much amazing work right under all of our noses. For emerging teachers carrying invaluable knowledge. For love.

Grateful for being able to serve, for a living imagination and plenty of verve. For knowledge and teachers and nature alike, for Freeman's great smile and him finding the bike!

Grateful for cold nights and warm sleeping bags! For waking up to serene beauty, for communion with nature, for unexpected rides with complimentary black berries. For the sameness in all. Love.

Grateful for a body that is able and for fractals that help to unlabel. For music to dance to and music to fall asleep to. For new bridges and connections, for how knowledge works through subtractions. For love.

Grateful for letters in the making, an awesome boss, Deepening Roots, upcoming plans and upcoming surprises. For the sharing of beautiful music. For TTC being over. Yeah!!

Grateful for green smoothies, hard work, the fact they can actually go hand in hand(!), Mike Sustick's abundant wardrobe, edible landscapes in the making and Jenny Olah's amazingness. For love.

For opening up. Messages as instant openers, reminders that blow minds. Boom... Grateful for feeling lost, for the abundance in nature providing exactly what is needed, and then some. Thanks.

Grateful for journeys into the past and impressions being relieved. For cleansing and healing. For the seemingly daunting journey that is up ahead.


Day 26
Grateful for rest and activity, two complementing opposites. For the lymphatic system and the liver. For families. For love.

Grateful for a most amazing set of lungs. For great teachers who readily share their valuable experience, thank you Andrew Jones and Shenaqua Sookhoo. For tapping into a space of gratitude and being able to share, for breaking boundaries that were never even there! For moments turned into musicals. "Cecilia, you're breaking my heart!"

Grateful for beating hearts, for farewells and new starts. For 15 min raw pies, for the ability to say no dice! For rocking satsangs and dancing, for taking them risks and for chancing. For love.

Grateful for karma, for fessing up to mistakes, for motivation and inspiration, for lack of awareness, for an infusion of awareness leading to reflection leading to growth. For gratitude and love.
